Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a bit tired and felt poor for a £130 per night stay, but once I got used to it, it was okay. The service, from the cleaners to the management, was exceptionally friendly, especially from Nicole and Sherrie. The location was excellent for Immingham Port, ideal for visiting family, but the pet hairs and odors were off-putting. The dining experience wasn't the best for the price, with limited options on unfortunate mornings. Overall, it was a mix of positives and negatives, but I would consider returning for a stay in that area.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms were clean and had all the usual amenities like a hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities. The bed was fabulously large, but it was a bit too hot on arrival. Overall, a comfortable stay worth the price.
